Here is a Cadillac video I filmed last week of a 1940 Fleetwood that was once owned by Howard Hughes or used by Howard on the film lot. Either way it is a nice Cadillac and it is for sale at 195,000.
Since I took 21 videos and not all of them were Cadillacs I am gonna include two or three videos over the next few post. I really liked this next car.
1961 Volkswagen Micro Bus Double Door Van
Cute little thing isn’t it?

I like the 1940 Cadillac Fleetwood formal sedan, but for $195,000 they can keep it.No Cadillac is worth that price, and the VW Beetle Van at $85,000 they were new at $1600.00
Still they both are nice vehicles, where restored.
I would hand draw and hand paint both of them on T-shirts if anyone was interested.

I disagree about the price. I feel , given the history of the Cadillac, it is well worth the money. As far as the Volkswagon Camper, it isn’t practical nowadays with other campers costing less or the ones costing as much offering so much more but, as a novelty item, it is hard to beat. I, personally feel, that both automobiles are better off where they are as they seem to be well cared for.

This Cadillac is a beautiful car, but the owners would undoubtedly be asking less for it, had it not belonged to a celebrity. Normally, closed cars – notably limousines and town cars – sell for a great deal less than convertibles. Yet, even a Cadillac convertible made in the same year and in superb condition, would not be as costly as this town car (and a convertible is at once a more practical car, and far more enjoyable to drive).
