Cadillac XT5 Talk With Paul Spadafora, Chief Engineer

By Vinny O'Hare

Just found a really cool sit down with Paul Spadafora where he talks about all the features of the new XT5. It is an hour long but only the first 33 minutes or so is on the XTS and it’s features. I was surprised at the Chinese influences that the car has.

Speaking of video. Are you subscribed to our YouTube Channel? We have a bunch of videos that I have taken at auto shows etc. Come check it out and subscribe. I nornally put videos on YouTube a day or so before they make the website.

By Vinny O'Hare

Here is my video of the White Cadillac XT5 from the New York Auto Show. They had 2 XT5’s at the show. I still have to upload the other video of the silver/gray XT5.

Website Updates

Our forum has been broken for a few weeks. I just hired a programmer to fix it. It will be up and working shortly. It may be done for a bit.

New York Auto Show Week

By Vinny O'Hare

It has been a while since I last posted. Life kind of got in the way. Actually, still dealing with most of the flood stuff. We drove back from Phoenix a few weeks ago to get some stuff from the NY house as they are suppose to raise it. It has been a 3 year struggle of paperwork. Someday I will write a book about it.

While I am in NY I get to go to the NY Auto Show on Wednesday and Thursday. Our club will have some high quality pictures of the latest from Cadillac. I may do some video interviews also. I will be doing some facebook live post from the show. If you are on Facebook go and like our page https://www.facebook.com/CadillacClub/ I will be doing live video a few times during the show.

I was a guest on Caddyinfo.com weekly chat where I talk about what I am up to lately. I love being on with Bruce and the gang.

We are scheduled to drive back to Phoenix Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. Should be fun towing a trailer that distance. When I get back I am planning on tearing apart the website and redesigning it so it looks better on ipads etc. Kind of a big task but it needs to be done. The forum also needs to be upgraded but I need to get a programmer to look at it.

The new site will have a dedicated store for trusted services, parts, mechanics, etc. I am looking forward to building it. Moving all the info is another story.

Speaking of driving! I am loving the Waze app on my phone. While I am driving you can see accidents and gas prices nearby. They also report where the police are. Give it a try and it is free. If you dont want to put the app on your phone you can use their live map from your computer and see if there is any accidents before leaving the house. Try it at Waze.com https://www.waze.com/
