For the last 3 weeks I have been getting a lot of questions about where to get a new Cadillac remote. At first I was confused to be getting so many emails asking because I know our club is mostly owners of older Cadillacs that don’t have such a thing. After I emailed a few of them back I was surprised that besides owning a vintage Cadillac our club also has Cadillac owners that have a new Cadillac as their daily driver.

I’m looking for parts for a 1997 caddy deville. Need front grill as wel as other minor interior parts.
First my remote would not start the car .so I bought a new remote. It worked for a while then I had trouble with the park lights staying on after I shut the motor of . It turned out that it was a pin switch under the hood that got rusty and stop working.This switch is a safety thing if you are working on the motor some one can’t start the motor ,It disables the remote when the hood is up . When the hood is closed it pushes the switch open Nothing wrong with the hand remote didn’t need a new one.Get a new pins witch .
