Cadillac Club Podcast

By Vinny O'Hare

So I am sitting here wondering why this site doesn’t have a podcast and I couldn’t come up with a reason so I sat down and recorded one. This will let you get to know more about the site and more about what other club members are up to.

I wanted to keep this one short to serve as an introduction of sorts. I also don’t know what schedule they will be on or what right now but it should help our site in the long run.

I am looking for guest for the show and if you have a computer and Skype you can be on the show and we can record a podcast. If you don’t have Skype I can walk you through downloading it if you need to.

If you like it leave me some comments, if you have any helpful suggestions I am all ears. I want to make this into a podcast that everyone will enjoy.

Cadillac Videos on YouTube

By Vinny O'Hare

I was just checking out our videos on YouTube and saw that we almost have 20,000 views.  I am very humbled that many people have watched the videos. When I film these videos I am always thinking 5 or 10 people will watch them. Never in my wildest dreams would I think about the amount of views we now have.

We have 20 something people subscribed to our channel. These people get an email every time I upload a video. I suggest you subscribe so you get the email also. When I shoot videos I usually do it in bunches at a car show. I usually put one or two in the newsletter and forget about the rest because something new comes about.

Click here to see the Cadillac videos and remember to subscribe. Sometimes I even take videos of other types of cars like this one below which was JFK’s Limo.

RIP John

By Vinny O'Hare

One of my favorite Cadillac Club members has passed away. I just received an email from John’s daughter Tracy letting me know her dad passed away. John and I exchanged a lot of  emails over the years. I want to say that he was one of the first people to join from outside the USA. This was probably 2003 or so.

If you are in the area and want to pay your condolences the information is below. I will be raising a glass in his honor and I hope you will do the same. Knowing John I am sure he would love the American cars in the funeral procession. RIP my friend, you will be missed.

The funeral for John Richardson from Western Australia, will be held at Karrakatta on Friday the 10th Feb at 1030.   Funeral procession departs Bowra & O’Dea, 131 Great Eastern Hwy, MIDLAND.  All American cars and hot rods requested to be ready by 9:15.  Drinks afterwards at 7th Avenue Hotel, 74 Helena St MIDLAND.
